Definitions & Interpretations

The following words and terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "Platform" means the bdtk5 website, application, and all related digital services.
• "User" or "Member" means any individual who holds a registered account.
• "Account" means a user's own registered profile on the platform.
• "Services" means sports betting, live casino, slot games, and other gaming features.
• "Bonus" means promotional offers, welcome bonuses, or other rewards provided under specific conditions.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account at bdtk5, you must be 21 years of age or older. bdtk5 may request identity documents at any time to verify age. If you register with false information, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed and bonuses will be withdrawn. Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is also prohibited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, phone number, date of birth — must be true and accurate. Any change in information must be reported to the support team immediately. Incorrect information may cause withdrawals to be delayed or cancelled.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposits

bdtk5 currently supports three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

• Make sure you are properly logged into your account before making a deposit.
• Use only your own registered mobile number.
• Using a third-party wallet or a method registered under someone else's name may result in the deposit being cancelled.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

bdtk5 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or unusual transactions. An account may be temporarily suspended during an investigation. If fraudulent activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance will be ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Wagering must be completed within a specified period after bonus activation.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active.
• bdtk5 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.

Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play

All games on the bdtk5 platform are conducted fairly and transparently. We use SSL encryption and verified game providers. Any attempt to illegally manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Intentionally exploiting game vulnerabilities or glitches.
• Colluding with other players to control outcomes.
• Harassing other users or using abusive language.

5.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows wagering on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Understand the markets and terms thoroughly before placing a bet. bdtk5 reserves the right to change odds at any time. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.

VIP Program & Rewards

The bdtk5 VIP program has three tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Users can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity. An active account and compliance with the Terms are required to receive VIP benefits. bdtk5 reserves the right to change the rules of the VIP program.

Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 User Rights

You may close your account at any time by contacting the bdtk5 support team. Withdraw all eligible balances before closing your account. Contact the support team for self-exclusion options.

7.2 bdtk5's Rights

bdtk5 may suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms.
• False or incomplete registration information.
• Fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Evidence of being underage.
• Account being inactive for an extended period.

Privacy & Data Protection

Changes to Terms

bdtk5 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. It is therefore recommended that you review this page regularly.
